Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the travel sales team, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
Client Communication: Interact with clients via email and phone, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Booking Coordination: Assist in the coordination of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, track key performance indicators, and assist in analyzing sales data to support decision-making.
Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules and appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient time management.
Travel Documentation: Prepare and organize travel documentation, including itineraries, visas, and other relevant paperwork.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements:
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Administrative or travel-related certifications are a plus but not required. We train you.
Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office software, email, and other communication tools. Experience with travel booking platforms is a plus but not required.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced remote environment.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.A. Salary: Based on commission and performance. $30,000 – $65,000
