**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing company policies, and driving business growth across the region.
**Duties:**
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional targets and objectives
– Provide leadership and guidance to location staff
– Monitor financial performance and budgeting for each location
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide support
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
– Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner
– Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
– Manage company-wide projects in an organized and task-oriented manner
**Experience:**
– Proven experience in management or similar role
– Strong knowledge of EMR (Athena preferred) and Phreesia (preferred)
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Previous experience in medical office management
– Proficient in office management tools and software
– Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
– Skilled in training development and team building
– Ability to effectively communicate, file, and maintain administrative records
