What You Will Do:

Provide outstanding administrative support across multiple projects, driving operational excellence within our Government Programs division.

Undertake specialized administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to each project’s unique requirements.

Organize and coordinate schedules, appointments, and project-related events with a meticulous attention to detail.

Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring effective project integration and coordination.

Manage documentation and uphold stringent standards for file organization and accessibility.

Assist in developing reports, presentations, and crucial documentation for comprehensive project management.

Address ad-hoc tasks and operational needs with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.

Contribute to the refinement of administrative processes, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 7 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within government or project-centric environments.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Superior communication skills for professional interactions at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential administrative software tools.

Flexibility in scheduling to meet project requirements or deadlines.
