Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) is a joint venture between Jardine Matheson (est.1832) and Schindler Group(est.1874). JSG is specialized in design, engineer, install, maintain and modernize elevators, escalators and moving walkways in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Macau, Myanmar, Brunei and Cambodia. Analyst, EI Contract Management
We Elevate… Your Responsibilities
• Navigate ESM platform daily and ensure tickets are resolved before due.
• Perform process transactions involving data entry/data capture according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
• Create and maintain service maintenance contract information into databases in accordance with the agreement or related supporting documents sent by requestor.
• Cross-check & verify contract information before inputting data on SAP
• Compliance to applicable regulations and security requirements
Deliver and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, by processing transactions accurately and meeting agreed service levels (SLA)
• Identify risks associated with execution of the assigned task within the business process and resolve, mitigate, or escalate as per defined SOP
• Issue reports or assist issuance of reports at planned interval to internal & external stakeholders • Close collaboration/ communication with service requestor regarding daily operations (e.g. clarifications, requests, status calls, etc.)
• Initiate and/or support process analysis, process improvement and process harmonization initiatives
• Take part in the process of updating SOP whenever changes in the work process and/or requirements occur.
• Active participation in the team meeting
• Promptly report all accidents, safety incidents & unsafe conditions at work to supervisor & watch out for other colleagues
• Attend safety & health training
• Participate in promotion of safety culture in the organization
• Any other ad hoc task (include reporting) as assigned by Manager, HOD or management team when deemed necessary

- 1 to 3 years of handling back-office functions activities
- Good communication skills both verbal and written – English
- Mandarin Speaker
- Experience in outsourcing or shared services environment
- Lean Methodology (beginner)
