Pay:$20 – $22/hr Depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6p with ooccasional Saturdays (Saturdays will be to support for any depts that are live with support – will comp that half day for another)
100% onsite
Duration:6+ months with possible extension
Job Duties:
Clerical / Dept support
Note taking during meetings
Anticipate team’s needs and carry out requests, ad hoc duties as assigned
Comfortable with asking questions
Job Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) -Will be tested prior
Microsoft Teams experience(Similar SW like Slack is acceptable)
Organizational skills, Ability to muti-task, Attention to details are highly preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English
