Role Description
This is a full-time, On-site Assistant Body Corpoate role based in Southport, QLD.
The Body Corporate Assistant will provide administrative and coordination support to property and strata management teams, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records.
The role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, issuing Work Orders, scheduling meetings and inspections, and assisting with the organization of property-related activities.
The Assistant will help manage incoming inquiries, support reporting and compliance processes, and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
Collating & issuing of Annual General Meeting Notices & Minutes , Committe Meeting Agends & Minutes, collating documents for Body Corporate searches.
The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering professional service in a very very fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, data entry, and calendar coordination.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database or CRM systems.
- Stratamax , StrataVote , Body Corporate experience beneficial
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, reliability, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in property, real estate, or strata management environments is advantageous but not essential.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Relevant vocational qualification or certificate in business administration or a related field is beneficial
