We are hiring an Assistant Business Office Manager to support our administrative office in Lynnwood, WA. This role involves maintaining accurate business records, acting as the Human Resources and Payroll Liaison, organizing office systems, supervising staff, and acting on behalf of the Eden Senior Leadership Team as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between the Agency and Vancouver Service Office (VSO).

Represent the Eden VSO Senior Leadership Team when requested.

Develop and maintain business office systems per Eden Health and VSO standards.

Assist in staff recruitment, marketing, and promotional activities.

Maintain accurate records related to Human Resources, accounts payable, bank deposits, and staff scheduling.

Communicate with VSO on policies, requirements, and issues.

Oversee supply ordering, building maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Supervise and train staff performing office management functions.

Manage patient payments, bank deposits, payroll processes, and employee documentation.

Maintain licensure records and coordinate renewals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience in Human Resources and administrative roles.

Healthcare experience, medical terminology, and EHR familiarity are preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass background checks.

Physical ability to report to the office; this is not a remote position.
