Job Summary:
The Assistant Director Coordinator will provide support to the Director in managing and coordinating various operational and administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong
attention to detail
, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment
. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant experience and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Project Coordination
:
Assist with planning, implementing, and monitoring various projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
– Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and departments to facilitate
communication
and ensure smooth workflow.
– Event Coordination:
Help organize and coordinate meetings, events, and workshops, managing logistics such as scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
– Data Management:
Maintain and update records, databases, and other essential documents.

Problem Solving
:
Handle day-to-day operational issues and escalate problems as necessary to the Director.
– Reporting:
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Budget Management
:
Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for projects and operational expenses.
Required Qualifications:
– At least 12 months of experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
