Responsibilities

Based in Hong Kong to work with local HR teams to carry out all-round HR and administrative functions for the Group’s China investment property portfolios, including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, procurement & other daily operations

Perform account servicing role to handle HR & Admin. matters of the designated investment properties

Provide administrative support such as business travel administration, petty cash / expenses reimbursement, etc.

Responsible for report compilation and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in China an advantage

Knowledge in PRC labour law a plus

Self-motivated, meticulous, well-organized and always with a willing to do attitude

Good interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing)

Immediate available is preferred
