Procurement of OEM & non OEM material /services, Spares, consumables, Annual rate contracts (ARC’s) , Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC’s). Safety item, Admin items, Civil Contracts, Production, Electrical, instrumentation material /services etc.

Coordination with site and HO.

Understanding of technical specifications and commercial terms and conditions.

Review of PR,

Floating of RFQ’s

Preparation of techno_ commercial comparatives.

Negotiation and cost saving.

Finalization of commercial terms and conditions.

Approval Note preparation .

Preparation of purchase / service orders.

Follow up for material delivery /service executions.

Responsible for post order activities.

Processing Payment of supplier /contractors.

Handling BG’s EMD’s etc

Handling Procurement audits and CAPA’s.

Experience of SAP MM Module / SAP Ariba/ Auctions

MIS Preparations & presentation.

Vendor Satisfaction Survey / Vendor Performance Evaluation

Vendor Development & Vendor registration

Experience of material and service procurement of O&M plants and project procurement.

Supply Chain Management

Inventory control

Co-ordinating with store /other departments for managing inventory and timely issuance of GRN, SEN for smooth invoicing activity

Process improvement.

Important procurement and custom clearance.

Active participation in various management initiatives.

Vendor Invoice Processing / client invoice processing.

Learning and self development.
