Job Profile

The role is responsible for managing the entire gamut of soft service operations, including:

  • Housekeeping
  • Conference room management
  • Site event management
  • High-end artwork/artifact management
  • Façade cleaning
  • Pest control services

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, maintaining service standards, ensuring budget adherence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the premises
  • Forecast and prepare annual budgets
  • Manage, monitor, and report operational spending and budgets
  • Ensure all costs and expenditures remain within approved budgets
  • Deliver consistent soft services across sites as per agreed standards and KPIs
  • Drive team engagement and participation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Drive innovations aligned with market trends and forecasts
  • Manage vendor compliance and monitor SLAs as per contractual agreements
  • Assist in internal audits of operations and expenses
  • Maintain par stock levels of consumables and linen
  • Organize and maintain inventories
  • Review and upgrade SOPs regularly
  • Manage front desk and conference room operations while maintaining high service standards
  • Support the procurement team in identifying suitable materials and vendors
  • Organize on-the-job training programs and evaluate effectiveness
  • Recommend recruitment of new personnel when required
  • Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by management

Role Specifications

Qualification

  • Graduate / Three-year degree or Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge
  • Successful pre-opening experience will be an added advantage
