We are seeking to add an Administrative File Clerk to our team! We are looking for someone seeking a full-time position in an office setting. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

This position is not remote.

**This is an entry level position.**

$11-$15 an hour

Responsibilities:

Enter variety of data using current technology

Prepare and sort documents for filing

Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes

Organization of documents

Review discrepancies in data received

Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Direct Phone calls to appropriate representative

Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry or other related fields

Excellent typing skills

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

Houston, TX 77068: Relocate before starting work (Required)
