Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize job files and documents
Type and format letters, forms, and project materials
Use Excel for basic spreadsheets and tracking
Work with Adobe PDF (editing and organizing documents)
Help with data entry and record-keeping
Assist with QuickBooks (a plus, but not required)
Keep office supplies and documents organized
Help solve day-to-day office and scheduling issues
Support a team that values trust, family, and hard work
What We’re Looking For:
Strong reading and typing skills
Comfortable with Excel and Adobe
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Highly organized and dependable
Positive attitude and team player
Strong problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Pay: Based on experience
