Works closely with lenders to analyze and structure loans, assists with the credit approval process, and closely monitors completed transactions. May also participate in client meetings and sales presentations.
Communicates with the loan customer to assure that requests are responded to quickly and effectively. Assures that the day-to-day needs of the customer are met.
Prepares initial cash flow and collateral analysis for review to lenders and subsequently credit administration and loan committee to ensure optimum credit quality, profitability, and policy adherence.
Construction Draw Support for Lender by tracking and compiling all draw package items and request missing items from Borrower.
Manages the collecting of all necessary project information and financials from the Borrower.
Works with the Underwriter to answer any Borrower financial questions and follow up on any additional items needed.
Build the framework of the CAF and assist with detailing out project specific information.
Assists with the closing process by opening necessary checking accounts, collecting ownership forms, and working with the Loan Assistant to ensure full closing package is received and documented.
Monitors existing loans to ensure complete conformity with terms and credit quality. Utilizes internal reports to recommend and implement corrective action when necessary to ensure the stability of the loan portfolio.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
1-year of experience in credit or financial industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related preferred
Excellent verbal andcommunication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service, follow-up, and time management skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
