Assurance Receptionist Jobs in Abu Dhabi – UAE/Dubai at PwC Middle East company
Ensuring schedules and courseupdates are communicated to Programme Advisors and all are updatedon Administrate Create, add and edit courses,schedule and manage events, assign instructors, update attendance,progress and communicate events on Administrate and updating andmaintaining Administrate to ensure validity andcompleteness
Assisting the Course administratorin various tasks ranging but not limited to invigilation of finalexams, reporting the results, guiding delegates through theirregistration and ensuring theiraccess
Communicating effectively with clients /customers (internal and external), ensuring minimum responsetimes
Conduct feedbacks for all the taxcourses, create feedback summaries and communicate summaries to Course administrator
Maintain delegateattendance reports and communicate this to Course Managers.
Manage online classes and uploadrecordings in a timely manner
Provide back endsupport to Course Managers and Programme Advisors for Academy /promotional events / career fairs/ infosessions.
Coordinating with the IT team withregards to any website update and/ or bookingconfirmations
