Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our Stampede team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the Office Admin and General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, communicating with clients and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

— Customer service, answering phones, scheduling installation’s.

— Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

— Assist with creating Facebook & digital marketing ads.

— Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers over the phone.

— Coordinate sales appointments and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and recording payment information into QuickBooks.

— Complete warranty documents.

— Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

— High school diploma or equivalent.

— Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

— Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM software & QuickBooks.

— Preferred experience in Facebook marketing, including proficiency with Canva and other marketing software applications.

— Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

— Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

— Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

— Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.

— Professional demeanor and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Sales administration : 3 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
Facebook Advertising: 3 years (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
