Responsibilities
- Manage and organize client audit documents such as financial statements, vouchers, bank statements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients to request and follow up on required audit documents.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to audit teams, including preparing basic working papers and data entry.
- Assist in scheduling audit assignments and meetings with clients.
- Maintain proper filing and records of completed audit engagements for future reference.
- Support auditors in drafting simple reports or audit summaries for review.
- Ensure deadlines are tracked and audit deliverables are submitted on time.
- Handle correspondence, communication, and logistical arrangements related to audit assignments.
- Assist in ensuring audit procedures comply with professional standards (ISA, MIA guidelines, or company policies).
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in administration or audit-related work is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills (able to liaise with clients and audit teams).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with document management systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
