The Role: Automotive Dealership Manager (2IC)

This role supports the CEO in managing dealership operations, with a strong focus on driving sales performance and team output. The position oversees a small sales team and requires a hands-on approach to pushing the business forward, improving performance, and maintaining momentum within the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
  • Support overall dealership operations and sales performance.
  • Manage and oversee a team of 3 sales staff.
  • Report directly to the CEO on performance and operations.
  • Drive sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance and support sales conversion.
  • Use technology and systems to support dealership operations.

About You

  • Experience in automotive sales or dealership environment.
  • Strong sales and business development mindset.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to work with systems and tools.
