The Role: Automotive Dealership Manager (2IC)
This role supports the CEO in managing dealership operations, with a strong focus on driving sales performance and team output. The position oversees a small sales team and requires a hands-on approach to pushing the business forward, improving performance, and maintaining momentum within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
- Support overall dealership operations and sales performance.
- Manage and oversee a team of 3 sales staff.
- Report directly to the CEO on performance and operations.
- Drive sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance and support sales conversion.
- Use technology and systems to support dealership operations.

- Experience in automotive sales or dealership environment.
