Position: AV Coordinator for Meetings and Events
Support impactful meetings as an AV Coordinator with a focus on equipment management and logistics. Handle bookings, maintenance, and staff training to facilitate successful events.
In this full-time role, you will oversee the operation of AV technologies that support meetings and events. Your collaboration with contractors and Information Services will ensure effective connectivity, while you manage room bookings and provide timely AV support. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from equipment inventory management to event logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and inspect all AV equipment and inventory
• Monitor and coordinate meeting room bookings
• Liaise with event planners and provide AV assistance
• Administer catering and logistics for events
• Ensure spaces are left clean and properly equipped
Requirements:
• Business Administration or AV-related diploma
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with AV technology, especially Crestron
• Proficient in MS Office with accurate typing skills
