Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in the Ljubljana Metropolitan Area. The responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, assisting in the coordination of back-office operations, and supporting various departments in finance, customer service, and sales. The employee will also develop and maintain clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Back Office Operations and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders professionally
  • Knowledge or background and familiarity with financial operations and documentation
  • Understanding of Sales processes or experience supporting sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in back-office functions is an advantage
  • Languages: Slovenian, English, Croatian
