NADIA’S Leading Client is looking for a back-office executive to join team and support daily office procedures. As a back-office executive, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document processing, customer service, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and update records in various databases and systems.

Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Prepare and send reports, letters, memos, and other documents to relevant parties.

Answer phone calls and emails and provide information or assistance to customers, vendors, and partners.

Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow and operations.

Maintain confidentiality and security of data and documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.

At least two years of experience in a back office or administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary : SAR 5000, Location : Riyadh
