We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bar Service Attendant to play a crucial role in our team. As a hybrid role, you will not only be responsible for exceptional service in the bar area but also act as a bartender to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for all our patrons.
Also this role is a role for growth. We are looking for someone who is looking to learn, grow and expand. You will work directly with the Head of HR/Operations/Taproom to assist in the daily operations of the tap room. You will be mentored and trained on how to be their right had person. You will learn business, operations, customer service and event planning/handling.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional table service including inputting orders, running drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.
Foster an environment of inclusion and enjoyment for all guests.
Educate guests about our unique beers.
Perform various daily tasks and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Stay informed about any complaints or special requests and communicate with management.
Ensure bar area cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
Comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
Event planning/handling.
Assist with additional activities as needed.
Requirements:
Previous server experience in a bar or similar establishment.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, particularly beer varieties.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Ages 21 & up and compliance with all applicable alcohol laws and regulations.
California Responsible Beverage Service pouring license.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Square, Toast, and other POS systems.
Familiarity with Dokkaebier brand beers.
Prior customer service experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
