This is a full-time on-site Bilingual Administrative Assistant role located in Silver Spring, MD. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications, managing schedules, and performing clerical tasks.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Ability to speak fluently in English and a second language
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field
