Job Overview

This position serves as the core bilingual communication bridge between China headquarters and our newly established Chinese-owned manufacturing factory in Indonesia. Reporting directly to Chinese management, the employee is responsible for interpretation & translation, administrative support, factory preparation coordination, internal & external liaison, ensuring smooth information communication and stable operation of the overseas factory.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide professional oral interpretation and written translation between Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian for meetings, contracts, official documents and technical materials.
2. Assist Chinese management in daily administration, schedule arrangement, meeting organization, minutes sorting and task follow-up.
3. Support new factory construction & preparation work, including local supplier coordination, progress tracking and on-site communication.
4. Conduct daily liaison with Indonesian local staff, vendors, logistics agents and government-related institutions.
5. Manage bilingual documents, data, reports and official correspondence.
6. Receive Chinese visitors, business delegations and overseas customers.
7. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese & Indonesian bilingual skills.
2. Diploma or above degree, all majors acceptable; fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving ability.
4. Careful, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
5. Working experience in Chinese-owned companies, manufacturing or import & export industry is preferred.
6. Familiar with Indonesian local policies and administrative procedures is a plus.
7. Gender neutral, team-oriented and pressure-resistant.
