KIVA MedSpa and IV Lounge’s is located in Tampa, FL is looking for a bi-lingual receptionist to join our strong team. This is a full- time position, Monday – Friday 10am-6pm. We are located in beautiful Seminole Heights. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer, screen phone calls and return messagesStocking of medical station; Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resourcesExcellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner are a mustTime-management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and successfully complete tasks assigned. Spanishspeakingis a MUST.
