Position: Billing Clerk / Accounting
JOB SUMMARY:
Prepare customer invoices and supporting documentation, and provide account billing support to management by data input, researching data, and preparing reports.
Skills Required:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Input billing information and detail back-up data into Microsoft Dynamics GP and Excel spreadsheets.
Verify billing information in Microsoft Dynamics GP, customer purchase orders, and other project documentation. Ensure that all accounts are balanced on a daily basis.
Research inconsistencies, issues, and errors in billing information and correct as required. Provide follow-up on ongoing issues and projects.
Maintain project filing system to provide consistent access and availability of project files and invoices.
Assist Account Manager with customer documentation and project support as needed.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned to accomplish work of the Company.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
High School diploma or equivalency.
2 years experience in accounting.
10 key by touch.
Computer experience:
Microsoft Dynamics GP, MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
