Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and financial support, including experience billing and using online billing software. Duties:
– Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
– Assist with accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing and tracking payments
– Utilize knowledge of debits and credits to support financial transactions
– Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
– Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
– Experience with financial tasks such as account reconciliation
