Job Overview
We are a leading vinyl flooring manufacturer based in Wayne, NJ, seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Administrator to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team setting, is highly organized, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Support daily operations of the customer service and office admin departments
Manage incoming emails and phone calls professionally
Coordinate with sales representatives and handle house account orders
Oversee general office duties, including kitchen management and company events
Assist with accurate data entry and record-keeping
Handle various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service and/or office administration required
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in an office setting or customer service role is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
