Dura-Lift is part of American Elevator Group (AEG), North America’s largest independent elevator service company. Dura-Lift seeks an Administrative Coordinator to assist with general office administrative duties.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative Coordinator will coordinate all administrative tasks required by the finance and management offices. This includes managing billable time tickets, report generation, processing time tickets, data entry, supporting customer relations, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, and customers.
Adeptly uses multi-line telephone system and other communications methods and networks.
Manage billable time tickets.
Closing open order jobs to ensure proper cost is accounted for on the job.
Generate and disseminate reports.
Perform quality control for maintenance accounts.
Process time tickets for the maintenance and construction departments.
Support data entry within the ERP system, including new maintenance accounts.
Assist the dispatchers upon their absence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Environment & Hazards:
This job operates in a general office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Special Physical Demands:
This is a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of related experience required.
