We’re looking for a vibrant, energetic administrator to join our North Shore Commercial team in a full-time role. This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy, supportive, and genuinely friendly office where teamwork and positivity matter.
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our busy sales team, helping keep everything running smoothly and making sure the day-to-day operations flow effortlessly. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where things are always moving, and your ability to stay organised, jump in where needed, and bring a bright, positive, can-do energy will really make you stand out.
The role will include:
● Reception – Handle calls, greet clients, prep for meetings
● Office/Admin – Stocktake, printing, filing, managing couriers
● Listings and Marketing – Enter listings, order marketing items, edit photos, and create budgets
● Marketing Coordination – Coordinate property documents online
● Advertising Support - Assist in print, digital advertising, Auction, and Tender docs
● Workplace Efficiency – Ensure smooth operations with a positive attitude
● Administrative Support - Aid wider commercial admin and agency teams as needed

Our North Shore Commercial Office is situated in Takapuna on busy Hurstmere Road, the focal point of entry to the North Shore with upmarket shopping and commercial services. Our attractive office premises are in a central location within metres of beautiful Takapuna Beach and amongst numerous cafés and restaurants.
Skills and Experience
● Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to balance competing priorities and perform under pressure
● Good attention to detail
● Ability to multitask well, with excellent time management skills
● Professional manner and high level of personal grooming and presentation in line with a professional working office environment
● Strong ability to work with systems and comfortable with computers
