Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Assistant at our Silverwater, NSW location. The Branch Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including assisting customers, maintaining stock levels, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The Branch Assistant will also support the branch team in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service and assisting customers
Knowledge of plumbing supplies and products
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent
