Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the General Manager, including managing payroll submissions and distributing HR documents to team members.

Monitor and triage emails, phone calls, and mail; respond or escalate inquiries as appropriate.

Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for confidential records, contracts, and other key documentation.

Assist with invoice coding, cash handling and accounting emails as needed.

Coordinate facility maintenance requests and follow through until resolution.

Assist with new hire documentation.

Guest Relations:

Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and guests, team members, and brand representatives.

Support VIP arrivals with personalized touches such as welcome letters and amenity coordination.

Assist with guest recovery efforts and ensure timely follow-up on service concerns in partnership with department heads.

Team and Hotel Operations Support:

Coordinate internal meetings, assist with cross-departmental communication, and help track project timelines and deliverables.

Provide administrative support to Sales, F&B, Operations, or other departments as needed.

Welcome and assist guests, visitors or vendors professionally, ensuring their needs are met.

Special Projects & Coordination:

Support departments with special projects, including data entry, report generation, and meeting setup.

Respond to consumer and guest inquiries received through hotel websites, phone calls, or other channels.
