Job Overview
Seeking a detail oriented and organized individual that demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities Include:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
– Oversee daily office operations including filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
– Professional email correspondence with clients
– Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases
– Prepare monthly billings
Experience
Experience is required. Demonstration of computer skills may be requested. Salary is based on experience.
