– Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring all protocols are followed.
– Familiarize yourself with the clinic’s policies and procedures to assist patients effectively.
– **Telephone and Communication:**
– Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
– Direct calls to the appropriate staff members and handle patient inquiries.
– **Insurance and Billing Support:**
– Learn and understand the basics of insurance processing and patient billing.
– Assist patients with insurance questions and processing, ensuring accurate information is provided.
– **Team Collaboration:**
– Work closely with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient clinic operation.
– Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on clinic policies and procedures.
– **Social Media Management:**
– Create and manage engaging content for the clinic’s social media platforms.
