Blue Star Services Group is an electronic recycling company serving companies and corporations throughout the entire Bay Area. With over 20 years in business, we have a mission to help clean the environment and properly dispose of E-Waste materials.
We are offering a full-time Administrative Assistant position, available immediately. We are looking for an assistant who is organized, focused, detail oriented and able to multitask. Strong communication skills are required. A desire to help and assist customers/clients is also a must.
Requirements for Success:
Arrive to work on time, ready to perform daily responsibilities
Ability to handle high volume of calls and emails, must be an efficient multitasker
Ability to speak with customers/clients professionally
Ability to pay attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with Quickbooks and eBay preferred
Email customers confirming pickup requests and scheduling
Calling customers for confirmation
Problem-solving, making sure products are shipped on time, and customers are satisfied
Scheduling pickup requests and communicating with drivers the most direct route according to Google maps and directions
Filing, ordering shipping, and office supplies
Creating and sending certificates of Destruction to customers
eBay Knowledge is a plus
Location: Livermore (Moving to Pittsburg End of October)
Salary: Depending on experience
