Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting cannabis products that best suit their needs.
Responsibilities:
– Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
– Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and methods of consumption
– Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Stock and rotate products on shelves and display cases
– Upsell products to increase sales revenue
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications:
– Experience in cash handling, POS systems, and operating a cash register
– Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
– Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Basic math skills for accurate transactions
