Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong time management skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Duties
Manager phone calls and assist customers with purchases and consignments. A positive attitude and good communications skills are a must.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with advertising and inventory control.
Provide support where needed and be willing to adjust to the daily needs.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with office practices and procedures.
Knowledge in office software applications. We use specialized auction software and will train the right individual.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently when applicable.
