What you’ll do
Develop and maintain transportation and storage customer relationships by serving as a primary point of contact within the Nominations and Scheduling team. Provide a high level of customer service via phone, video, and chat service.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve various customer and operator inquiries related to, but not limited to, nominations and scheduling, confirmations and OBA/imbalance management.
Provide customers with training on transactional system functions and features.
Lead special projects, including testing of new process implementation and improvements for transactional systems.
Analyze various transportation and storage activities from both a macro and micro perspective and produce analytics as needed.
Regularly monitor activity for storage assets, balancing agreements, park & loan, and power plants to ensure compliance with tariff and service standards.
Other tasks and responsibilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Energy or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment. Values, respects and leverages the diversity inherent in team members and the ability to communicate in a highly efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner.
Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility and a willingness to support scheduling activities during peak periods and holidays.
Proficient utilization of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access & Teams)
Ability to handle multiple assignments with varying priorities and due dates.
Interacts effectively with all levels of the organization, demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
Ability to translate high-level business objectives to needed process improvements.
Effective listener and observer possessing the ability to translate knowledge obtained into appropriate action.
