Business Continuity Analyst (Entry Level) (6+ months with the option to hire)
Location:
Manhattan, NY
Rate: 23-27hr
Must have a BS Degree to be considered for this role.
Should be a recent BS Graduate.
Must be open to being on site 3/4 days a week.
The temporary employee will help ensure that the required administrative activities for the 2023 Annual Review process are completed promptly.
The temporary employee will allow the Business Continuity Team to complete the day-to-day administrative activities for the 2024 Annual Review process while keeping the project on track to meet project timelines and goals before the end of the year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of the 2024 Annual Review process. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings with the Business Continuity Coordinators, taking detailed meeting minutes, and maintaining the 2024 Annual Review schedule.
Collect, organize, and present all program documentation updates from the 2024 Annual Review process to the Business Continuity team.
Review any major problems/issues with the Business Continuity Team.
Must complete all duties as assigned by the Director of OperationalResilienceand Technology Governance Programs and Business Continuity Analyst I.
Knowledge and
Skills:
StrongAttention to detail.
Ability to identify, communicate, and present issues or information that needs review clearly and succinctly.
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent oral, listening, and written skills.
Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of Business Continuity is a plus but not required.
