Business Office Manager Jobs in Sacramento, CA at Alta Staffing West LLC

The team runs smoothly without someone behind the scenes keeping it all together. That’s exactly what the Administrative Agent does. We’re looking for a superstar Administrative Agent to bring order to the chaos, support our team like a champ, and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.

If your idea of fun is conquering to-do lists, scheduling meetings that don’t overlap, and organising files down to the last label, then this Administrative Agent role was made for you.

What You’ll Do as Our Administrative Agent

As an Administrative Agent, you’ll be the go-to for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and tackling tasks that seem to fall from the sky.
You’ll answer phones, respond to emails, and generally act as the central hub of communication — because that’s what a great Administrative Agent does.
The Administrative Agent will prepare reports, type up documents, and create spreadsheets that are cleaner than your kitchen counter.
Maintain files and office records like a digital librarian — the Administrative Agent knows exactly where everything is.
Book travel, track expenses, and make sure everyone shows up where they need to be — on time, every time.
The Administrative Agent will monitor supplies and place orders before we run out of coffee or printer ink (critical survival items).
Help plan events, handle office logistics, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — because that’s your superpower as an Administrative Agent.

Education Requirements for the Administrative Agent

A high school diploma or GED is required to be considered for the Administrative Agent role.
An associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
