We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Enter and bill service tickets
Enter accounts payable invoices
Schedule appointments
Answer inbound telephone calls
Organized filing
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other HVAC/Construction is a plus.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and be precise while working efficiently and proactively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to shift priorities with little notice.
Produce quality and timely work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
