CPA firm in Newport Beach has an opening for part time Administrative Assistant working 20-28 hours during office hours of operation Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Experience working in a CPA office is a plus. This is a hands-on position. Duties will include word processing, data entry, general computer and formatting skills, answering phones, filing, scanning, copying, assembling and general clerical work. The right candidate must be proficient in Word, confident, a quick learner, detail oriented, able to follow procedures and directions, possess good communication skills, and able to work well with others in a team environment. This is a very busy, fast paced office with many deadlines and requires the ability to work well under pressure and complete projects timely.

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
