Servocraft Limited is a well-established, and reputable Mechanical and Electrical Construction and Engineering firm serving the industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) sector of the construction industry in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas.
We are looking for aReceptionist / Office Assistantwho is highly organized and can contribute to the smooth operations of our company. Local experience in the GTA construction industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
General reception duties include filing, typing, copying, scanning, answering telephones, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support to senior administration staff dealing with operations, finance, insurance, legal and claim documentation, human resource requirements along with general office management objectives.
Multitask and coordinate with various team members.
Maintaining and updating of company policy files and monitoring the application of such policies efficiently.
Preparing site visit and minutes of reports on internal and external meetings.
Typing and editing correspondence for President and General Manager.
Follow up on weekly and monthly progress reporting by the Project Management staff.
Desired Skills And Experience
Native english speaking with exceptional writing skills and reporting.
Minimum 60 wpm typing speed with accuracy.
Graduate from a Canadian-based college or University in a relevant program.
Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
Highly organized in task prioritization and detailed management of documentation.
Proactive attitude in problem-solving day-to-day issues that arise.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Must have vehicle to travel between two office sites.
Remuneration
Salary plus benefits, based on experience.
