About the Role

You'll be the operational backbone of a growing financial advisory team of approximately 25 advisors. From client servicing to recruitment coordination, you'll keep things running smoothly so the team can focus on what they do best.

This role sits at the centre of everything — working closely with the team leader, advisors, and internal departments. It's ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and energised by a fast-paced, people-driven environment and make things happen.

What You'll Do

Client Servicing Handle client requests including policy updates, documentation, and claims enquiries. Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and keep follow-ups on track.

Business Operations Support advisors with meeting prep, case submissions, and internal workflow systems. Liaise with internal departments to keep processes moving.

Team Coordination Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and events. Support onboarding logistics for new advisors and interns.

Recruitment & Talent Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and pipeline tracking. Support our recruitment efforts and coordination.

Design & Communications Create visual materials in Canva — slides, posters, recruitment assets, social media graphics. Support presentation prep for internal meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Clear, professional communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable managing data, tracking sheets, and systems
  • Proficient in Canva for basic design work
  • Detail-oriented with client documentation and operational processes
  • Proactive and resourceful — you spot problems before they become problems
  • Discreet with confidential client and team information
  • Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow with the team
