We are currently seeking a qualified Business Support Specialist to help streamline our processes, support cross-functional teams, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic setting. Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in a business support, office operations, or administrative coordination role
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, finance, operations, marketing, etc.)
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated capability to work on multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency to execute and deliver results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced capability with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook), document sharing platforms, scheduling tools, and digital collaboration systems
Quicker learner and willing to take on new tasks when needed
A team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed
Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
Provide advanced administrative and operational support to internal teams
Assist in the preparation and tracking of reports, presentations, and documentation
Ensure our retail customers have the most up-to-date information, including samples and bulletins
Support our Human Resources team with a high level of confidentiality
Assist with onboarding and tech-related setup for new team members
Maintain internal databases, records, and systems with accuracy
