Are you a driven candidate with solid heavy equipment experience? If so, we are looking for you! We are looking for a Call Center Administrative Assistant who will partner with our team. The role is located in our Kansas City, MO location. You will be responsible for providing quality service to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

The Call Center Administrative Assistant is responsible for end of case paperwork processing. This includes but is not limited to processing payments to 3rd parties, reconciling credit card transactions in Concur, collecting receipts, and issuing PO’s. They will work directly with Service Advisors and Service Writers to identify units that have been repaired and are ready for paperwork closure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Timely answers inbound e-mails and phone calls related to service and/or payment issues.

Communicates closely with Service Advisors and Service Writers on repairs status and cases ready for payment and paperwork processing.

With detail and accuracy, prepares expense reports for processing in Concur

Expectation to continually learn about products we carry. Training opportunities will be provided, but separate research and review may be required.

Reviews invoices for any errors or discrepancies before processing payment

Process invoices and payments for service repairs and prepares purchase orders within M3.

Works with Service Writers to prepare and present billbacks to customers/sales reps.

When needed, assists with Service Advisor duties as a backup (ie: updating cases, fielding incoming calls, coordinating truck repairs).
