Responsibilities:
Shopify Management: Set up, update, and optimize product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
Order Processing: Manage incoming orders, coordinate shipping, and handle customer inquiries.
Customer Service: Respond to emails, calls, and messages in a professional and friendly manner.
Inventory Tracking: Keep an eye on stock levels and notify the owner of supply needs.
Basic Bookkeeping: Track expenses, invoices, and payments using QuickBooks (or similar software).
Marketing & SEO: Assist with social media posts, email campaigns, and basic SEO optimization.
General Admin: Handle scheduling, data entry, and other operational tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with social media, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve without constant supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
