YOUR DAY AS A COORDINATED ENTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

As a Coordinated Entry Administrative Associate, you will be integral to enhancing our data management efforts within the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), focusing on Coordinated Entry functions. Your role will involve data entry from various sources, allowing you to identify and rectify potential data quality issues, supporting the CE Program Manager in maintaining accurate community records. You’ll facilitate effective communication by updating community partner status on referrals and managing participant appointments using our scheduling platform.

Additionally, you’ll support conferencing groups and provide essential administrative assistance for Coordinated Entry Committee meetings-ensuring seamless organization and follow-through on action items. Your contributions will also extend to developing informational materials and implementing feedback mechanisms, alongside conducting research related to Coordinated Entry and homelessness, driving forward our mission of creating positive community change.

To thrive as a Coordinated Entry Administrative Associate, candidates must possess a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, WordPress, HTML, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom is essential, as is familiarity with Homelessness Response Systems. A solid commitment to preventing and ending homelessness will be crucial for aligning with our mission. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating multiple projects under shifting priorities, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary for translating technical discussions into clear meeting minutes and maintaining effective internal and external relationships. Self-direction and independent problem-solving capabilities will empower you to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies will further enhance your ability to contribute meaningfully to our mission.

THIS POSITION WILL WORK 7.5 HOURS A DAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00AM – 5:00PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH A LUNCH BREAK AND IS HYBRID (AT LEAST 2 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE). THIS POSITION MAY NEED TO WORK OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS OCCASIONALLY, WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL.

Salary Statement:
The typical offer range for this role is from minimum to midpoint, with the midpoint representing the average pay for this in a market scope. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade for which this position belongs to. The salary offer considers a variety of factors relevant to this position, which includes knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The minimum base hourly wage for this role is $20.00.
