Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Contracts administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, excellent computer literacy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position is essential in maintaining a smooth workflow and enhancing productivity within the organization.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Utilize various software applications to create reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and project completion.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience as a aerospace company receptionist is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
