Job Description
- Drive high-impact strategic projects, taking full ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution aligned with broader business goals
- Lead end-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic initiatives, ensuring governance, tracking, and performance visibility
- Identify and automate processes using tools such as Google AppScript, Python, workflow automation tools, and/or AI platforms to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems to enhance data accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and enable real-time decision-making.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover business opportunities, inform strategy, and drive measurable business growth
- Problem-solving through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting business growth.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support business objectives
- Engaging with senior leadership and key decision-makers to drive forward key growth initiatives for the business
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is advantageous
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, execute projects and stakeholders management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (scripting or automation capabilities is advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Self-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach to execution
